- Preowned retired set from 1993.
- The original instruction book is included.
- The set has some play wear which is expected from a set of this age.
- The set contains all of the pieces required to build the set from the instructions.  There are a couple of minor flaws.
- There is 1 police sticker missing that is supposed to adhere to one of the 1x4 bricks.
- One of the police stickers that is on the side of the helicopter has some soiling.
- The set will be disassembled for shipping.
